Rediscover your individual identity in parenthood.

Do you ever feel like you lost yourself somewhere along the way when you became a parent?

We know how easy it is to deprioritize yourself and your own needs, especially as a new parent...we're here to help!

In our experience, many new parents need more than just 12 weeks to adjust to parenthood. The first three to five years of parenthood are full of twists and turns that keep you on your toes each time you feel like you're finally setting in.

The development leaps are fun and exciting, but it's hard to keep telling yourself, "I'll take better care of myself when..."

This class was designed for parents of older infants, toddlers, and preschoolers who need support

Whether your child is an older infant, a preschooler, or somewhere in between, this program was designed to help you rediscover the things that lit up before you became a parent and the individual identity that was buried somewhere along the way.

And, we'll deliver the content in a way that's optimized for adult learning with bite-sized education, mentorship, community, and ongoing support.

Group Schedule

The group calls will be held on Zoom over 12 weeks.

Each session includes a combination of education, coaching, and live discussion to answer your questions and talk about the real-life challenges you're facing.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What's the time commitment? Are the sessions recorded?
The Time Commitment: The core component of this program is the group calls, which are held LIVE on Zoom. Each call is approximately 90 minutes long, and they're hosted once per week for 6 consecutive weeks.

Participation Commitment: To get the most value out of this experience, we ask that folks commit to showing up and participating in those calls. However, if that's not possible, there are ways we can support you to make sure you are still able to get what you need. Littles are always welcome to be present during our calls.

Recordings Policy: We don't record sessions because we believe it's more important to create a safe space for open and honest sharing during discussions. Our commitment to privacy helps us make sure everyone feels safe being vulnerable while discussing sensitive topics.

The good news is, that the combination of the live calls, a resource library, and ongoing community support provides flexibility "when life happens" while preserving the integrity and intimacy of the group experience.
  • Who exactly is this program for? Are partners welcome?
This program was designed for parents of older infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (aka 6 months to 6 years). We created the content with primary caregivers in mind, which means that is the primary audience we were considering when building this curriculum.

That being said, the best part about leading small groups in a live format is that we can tailor the content specifically to each group and its unique makeup of participants! So, if you want to join, but you're not quite sure if you're the right fit, send us an email at hello@frompregnantoparent.com.
  • How long will I have access to the resources and community?
All group calls will be completed within 12 weeks of the first call unless otherwise communicated to the group.

We are currently committed to hosting the resources and private community space for up to two (2) years after the start of the first group call.

All group members are also currently given access to our broader online community, The From Pregnant to Parent Village, for an entire year after the start of the first group call. If you'd like to continue to be a member of the From Pregnant to Parent Village after that time, you'll have the option to join as a member at the current monthly rate.

If any of this changes, we're committed to communicating these updates via email to all of our impacted members.
  • How do I know if this is right for me?
Are you the kind of person who values community, authenticity, research, and inclusivity? This program was made for you!

This program is also for you if you...
    1. Have achild that will be between the ages of 12 weeks and 2 years old at the start of the group.
    2. Are feeling eager to learn how to rediscover yourself in parenthood…even if you don’t quite know where to start or what questions to ask.
    3. Want to expand your parenting village with peers and experts to guide and support you.

This program may NOT be for you if...
    1. You’re committed to “figuring it out as you go” and would rather do all of your own researching and adjusting on your own.
    2. Science-backed data, inclusive language, and research-based information aren’t a priority for you and maybe even turn you off.
    3. Starting a family is a distant goal, you're still in your pregnancy, or your child will be a newborn at the start of our group. If you're in the family planning stages right now, we hope to have a group for you in the future! If you're still early on in your pregnancy or parenting journey, join us for Preparing for Parenthood or the First 12 Weeks! If your child is older, a private coaching call is your best option!
  • What is your refund policy?
We’re so convinced that you'll be blown away by our coaching program that we’ll give you your money back if we don’t meet your expectations.

Ask for a refund within 24 hours of the first group session, and we will grant it (no questions asked or hoops to jump through). Send your request to hello@frompregnanttoparent.com.

We will be sad to see you go, but we get it. We know we can't be everything for everyone.
  • This seems expensive. Break down the cost for me...
We understand that the cost may seem high at first glance, and we want to assure you that there's significant value packed into this program. Here's a breakdown of what you're paying for:

Two-Way Experience: You won't be just sitting in a lecture; you'll be engaging in interactive sessions and guided discussions with experts. You'll also receive personalized guidance and connect with a supportive community that gets it.
Access to Coaches: Between sessions, our coaches are available to answer your questions and provide additional support. The more you take advantage of this component of the program, the more value you'll get out of it!
Expert Knowledge: Our coaches have poured their extensive experience, knowledge, and passion into the materials and resources to ensure you receive the best information to feel as prepared as possible.
Comprehensive Content: The program includes a unique combination of live calls, pre-recorded content, online community access, and optional add-ons, all designed to cater to your unique needs.

As a private coaching experience, this same offering costs over $1497 (which breaks down to $499 per month).

To make the program more accessible, we offer a few options:

Payment Plans: We offer two different payment options to accommodate your budget.
Sliding Scale Spots: There are a limited number of spaces available at a sliding scale rate in every one of our groups for those who may need financial assistance.

Want more information about the sliding scale spaces? Send us an email at hello@frompregnanttoparent.com.

Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive and supportive experience that helps you navigate your journey from pregnancy to parenthood. We believe the investment reflects the quality and depth of the services provided.
  • How is this different from other options out there?
Our program is uniquely designed to go beyond traditional support groups and parenting classes, focusing on an integrated, holistic approach. There are plenty of options out there offering one piece of our program, but we don't see many (if any) options out there that offer such a comprehensive program that includes all of these pieces:

Expert Guidance: Our coaches are highly qualified and specialized in their fields. We're not just doulas, therapists, or parental leave coaches--we're all of these and more. Our collective expertise ensures you receive well-rounded support.
Tailored Experience: The program is not a one-size-fits-all approach. The curriculum is the same every time, but we also recognize the uniqueness of each participant and tailor the content to suit the individual needs and makeup of the group.
Inclusive Approach: We strive to use inclusive language and make space for all birthing parents, primary caregivers, and their partners, recognizing diverse family structures and needs.
Live Interaction & Community Support: Unlike many pre-packaged online courses, our program includes live Zoom calls, facilitating real-time interaction, discussion, and support. The community space for discussion between sessions fosters connections and provides additional guidance.
Comprehensive Curriculum: From preparing for childbirth to navigating early parenthood, our curriculum covers a wide spectrum of topics. We help ground our clients in realistic expectations, mental wellness, and the long-term enjoyment of parenthood.
Long-Term Access to Resources: We provide access to our resource library and community space for up to two years, ensuring continued support and a space for connection well after the program's completion.
Optional Private Coaching: For those looking for more personalized attention, we offer the option to add private coaching sessions at a discounted rate.
Emphasis on Safe Space: We prioritize creating a safe and judgment-free zone, encouraging open and honest discussions about sensitive topics, something that may not be available in more conventional settings.
Payment Flexibility: We offer multiple payment options and a limited number of sliding scale spots to make the program as accessible as possible to a broader audience.
No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy: Our commitment to your satisfaction is backed by a straightforward refund policy if the program does not meet your expectations or you decide it's not for you after our first group call.

In a landscape filled with diverse offerings, our program emphasizes personalization, inclusivity, ongoing support, and expertise. We're not just holding space for you; we're coaching you while providing a comprehensive and nurturing environment unlike anything else available.

Feel free to reach out at hello@frompregnanttoparent.com if you have more specific questions about how our program compares to others you might be considering!

Christina specializes in maternal mental health and supporting individuals through their perinatal and parenting journey.
